Community guidelines

These rules apply to public discussion spaces moderated by NodeLib Core Technologies LLC and to third-party venues when staff participate as representatives for nodejs topics.

Core expectations

Be precise

Share reproduction steps, versions, and runtime lines when discussing node-js behavior.

Be respectful

Disagree with ideas, not people. Harassment leads to removal.

Protect secrets

Never post tokens, private keys, or customer data in threads.

Moderation

Moderators may hide spam, remove unsafe links, and lock threads that become repetitive. Appeals go through Contact with a link to the thread.

Commercial behavior

Unsolicited recruiting, unrelated product pitches, or misleading claims about node performance are not allowed. If you represent a vendor, disclose it in your first message.

Accessibility in discussions

Use descriptive link text, avoid flashing imagery, and provide text alternatives when sharing diagrams about nodejs architecture.

Reporting

Report abuse or impersonation to support@weigeonae.net with timestamps and URLs on https://node-js.om.weigeonae.net where applicable.
