Refund policy

Effective date: May 14, 2026. This policy explains how NodeLib Core Technologies LLC handles refunds and cancellations for eligible commercial transactions related to NodeLib nodejs materials.

Eligible purchases

Eligibility depends on what you purchased (for example downloadable training packs, invoice-based access, or subscription billing). Your receipt or order page states the purchase category.

How to request a refund

  1. Contact us — email support@weigeonae.net from the purchasing domain when possible.
  2. Include identifiers — order ID, invoice number, and date of purchase.
  3. Describe the issue — access failure, duplicate charge, or other factual defect.

Timing

Approved refunds are initiated through our payment partners and may take several business days to appear on your statement. Timing depends on banks and card issuers.

Non-refundable cases

We may decline refunds where materials were delivered and used, where abuse is suspected, or where a separate written contract specifies different commercial terms. We will respond in writing with the basis for the decision.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback where possible so we can correct legitimate billing errors quickly. Chargebacks may delay resolution while banks investigate.
