Effective date: May 14, 2026. These terms govern access to NodeLib documentation, downloadable materials, and related account services published by NodeLib Core Technologies LLC for node js teams.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes will be in courts located in Santa Clara County, California, subject to applicable federal jurisdiction rules.
