No. NodeLib is a library you integrate into your own node js deployments. Hosting remains your responsibility.
Which runtimes are supported?
Support matrices are published per release line. Your platform team should approve a runtime line before upgrading production node-js fleets.
Do you access customer production systems?
Not without a written agreement describing scope, time window, and contacts. Default support is advisory.
